The LightWire story actually began three years before the company was officially founded. Two engineers set out independently, offering IT support to small businesses and individuals who needed reliable help with their computers and telephone systems.
In the summer of 1999, Robert McConnell and Wes Harper happened to be working for the same client. After two cups of coffee—and four months of collaboration—their shared vision took shape, and LightWire, Inc. was born.
